Ordering

Making a purchase with Rise Plus could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click add on any items that you wish to buy. This will add products to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out".

Once in the checkout, you will be required to login or register before proceeding to pay for your goods. The Login and Register links are on the right hand side of every page.

Choose your payment option;

  1. Cheque / Cash on Delivery
  2. PayPal (by Credit Card or PayPal by PayPal account transfer)

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order. One of our staff will contact you to confirm the exact day and time.

Delivery is available to all areas except the out laying islands, which can be delivered to the relevant Central piers.

Delivery of Frozen Items

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that frozen items remain frozen on delivery, by the use of extra ice, we cannot guarantee this, and cannot be held responsible for any defrosting which may occur en route.

Payment Options

Paying for your Rise Plus produce is safe, secure and flexible.

Pay by;

  1. Hong Kong Cheque / cash on delivery. (Cheque payable to: Rise Plus Group Limited)
  2. Bank Transfer. (Account Name: Rise Plus Group Limited : Bank: HSBC : Account No: 178-884235-001)
  3. By Credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card on the PayPal site
  4. By PayPal account. You can also simply transfer the funds from your PayPal account to ours.

Payment for “By Weight”  products

Please note: due to the weighed nature of some of our meat products,  we do not take payment at the ordering stage, for these items. To order meat by weight, please contact us for price confirmation, We will then send you a separate invoice which can be settled by any of our payment options.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For non-perishable items (from our grocery and non-food items) there is a 7 working-day cancellation period from the day following receipt of produce.

Should you change your mind regarding these items, goods must be returned to Rise Plus Group Limited, unopened and undamaged. The cost of return can be arranged through Rise Plus Group Limited, and would be charged at cost. A refund would be made within 30 days.

This cancellation period does not apply to our perishable goods; i.e. meat, fresh fruit and vegetables.
